"Friendly service, a great pool and happy memories"

We've been returning regularly to this hotel frequently since 1993 and we still love it. It has changed management in that time and it remains the perfect relaxing, resort escape from Hong Kong for our family, with exceptionally friendly, attentive service, large rooms and balconies, and a fantastic pool. Even though we now live on the other side of the world, this resort is still one of our favourite places to be and worth including on any visit to Hong Kong for a relaxing escape. We look forward to returning again to create more happy memories.

"A true gem hotel"

Nature, nature, nature. This relaxing hotel resort is what you need for a weekend getaway from the bustling city of hongkong or the usual cotai strip hotels. Mind you, this is only 5 minutes away from cotai strip, 7 minutes from the ferry. The room we had was big. The service is impecable. Lorie & Sai from reception were very accomodating. Rose, Janice, Jackie & Ruben from the restaurant/lounge made our dining experience enjoyable . I didnt get the name of the housekeeper (male) on the 3rd floor where we stayed (June 6-8) he was also accomodating respectful and kind. I'm sure to recomend this hotel to friends as well. Great location, nice service, good people, value for money. Until next time Grand Coloane, we will definetly se each other again. Thank you.

"Grand coloane resort experience!"

The ambiance is good and facilities are family friendly. We stayed at the Presidential suite room, it's so spacious and lots of amenities like sauna jacuzzi and huge dining table perfect for family intimate dinner celebration. The restaurants also like cafe panorama have good value and nice ambience.

Really good food, service and kids facilities. Outdoor pool, indoor pool, playroom. Big rooms, beautiful bathroom.

The hotel interior and exterior seems dated. Areas close to the swimming pool, indoor and outdoor are extremely slippery. My son slipped on the wet floor close to the indoor swimming pool. Does seem to have non-slip tiles.

Grand Colane makes you feel like you are in Thailand. Lovely place to enjoy the weekend in family and out of the city buzz. The staff if very friendly, the rooms are supper comfortable. Specially Lorely helped me to book the room and Jenny offered and extra bed for my kids. Thank you for making us happy! My kids love the pool games.
