フロントが小さくてソファーのコーナーも小さすぎる。フロントの受付の女の人が中国の人でまったく笑顔がなくぶっきらぼうで私が何か迷惑をかけているのかとても不愉快になった。こんな嫌な気持ちでチェックインしたのははじめてです

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt im Grand Hyatt Tokyo. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das Personal, das äußerst zuvorkommend, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit war. Wir fühlten uns vom ersten Moment an willkommen und bestens betreut. Auch die Club Lounge war sehr einladend und bot eine ausgezeichnete Auswahl an Speisen und Getränken. Die angenehme Atmosphäre machte den Aufenthalt dort besonders entspannend und komfortabel.

Ein kleiner Kritikpunkt ist, dass es zu den Stoßzeiten in der Club Lounge etwas voll werden konnte, wodurch die ruhige Atmosphäre zeitweise beeinträchtigt wurde.

Words cant describe the level of service and flavors we expierenced. We had sashimi all across Japan, and the Master Chef preparation at Roku Roku were on a different level.
