Of all the hotels I have ever been to, this hotel has had the best service ever. The staff are absolutely fantastic, so attentive, friendly, the restaurants here even for hotel restaurants are FANTASTIC. The breakfast in particular and the lunch out by the pool. Even the swimming pools here are open all throughout the night which is normally rare, but the hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. Couldn’t have enjoyed my holiday more and the hotel was a MASSIVE reason for that

Only thing I can say is it’s a bit of a long walk down to the main party area, though it is still walkable (just long in the heat). But if I came back tomorrow with this in mind, I would still book this hotel as I can’t imagine getting any better than this

Breakfast was fresh and great quality options. Service ans drinks by the pool amazing as well.

Clean and room was a decent size

The receptionist tried to double charge us taxes and extra fees upon checking in. Only when we questioned the amount discrepancy, they corrected the amount.

Just top notch from the moment you enter the doors

Not much other than an extremely rowdy conference or team group at the pool. Not respectful of others

Excellent stay with outstanding service. I found the JW Marriott Hotel & Resort in Cancun to be a high-quality hotel with excellent accommodation and outstanding facilities. The room was very spacious and comfortable, beds were very comfortable, the air conditioning was effective and kept the temperature just right throughout our stay. Our room had a beautiful sea view, which was amazing to wake up to every morning. There a several pool areas which are well serviced for food and drink. The beach front was good but at the time we stayed there were some seaweed on the beach which were cleared often and also the waves a bit strong but ok to still enjoy the water - generally lovely to hang around the beach. Breakfast was very good, with fresh fruit and a wide selection of buffet options to choose from. We had dinner at the hotel on three of the six nights we stayed, and each of the restaurants we tried was very good. We also visited several restaurants in the surrounding area, which were excellent and gave us a great experience of Mexican fusion cuisine. Water and snacks were provided in the room at no extra charge. A minor issue was that some bar items were mistakenly added to our bill, although we had not used these items. However, this was quickly rectified by the staff. What really stood out was the exceptional service. The hotel staff were consistently professional, welcoming, and always willing to help. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this luxurious hotel.
