Location, helpful staff, comfortable accommodations

The room and bathroom are very clean.

The first night it got very hot in the room and the next morning I called and someone came to check the air conditioner and he found that the breaker had tripped. I’m t was this way when we got there, I think someone should make sure everything is working when a guest is about to arrive at a hotel. It’s in an area where there is a lot of people and it’s very loud, you can hear everything that’s going on outside.

Breakfast good, although fresh fruit salad would be a lot better than tinned. Choice was wide ranging and generally good. Buffet help yourself. Offered 20% voucher for evening meal at restaurant, so we took that on one day.

minibar noisy and very small. Hardly worth having it. Air con wasn't working on arrival.

Not much. Very small and outdated

Room was very small and uncomfortable. Noise from the street was at all times of the night. Bathroom sink was clogged and the shower was extremely small, even for myself a woman 130 pounds. My son had a difficult time showering. I will never stay here again.

So clean and nice. Close to everything.

The roof top bar was nice .
