Location and great service

There was a bathroom ceiling leak on the second day of my stay. Water was all over the bathroom floor but maintenance came to clean shortly after I notified them

La verdad nada.

La comida no estaba buena, todo parecía venir directamente del congelador, nada de la calidad esperada. Las instalaciones ya están muy viejas y mal mantenidas, el inodoro de la habitacion tenia la manija con óxido en un hotel de 5 estrellas? El papel de baño de la calidad mas baja. El personal poco entrenado, este lugar necesita una buena Administración para llegar al nivel del Garza Blanca donde voy seguido. Una gran decepción.

A comida — principalmente dos restaurantes asiáticos — é bem boa! Minha recomendação é que você já agende os restaurantes para os dias/horários desejados assim que possível.

A variedade de bebidas alcoólicas não é tão grande/boa assim e a temperatura da cerveja não me agradou (não tão gelada para os padrões brasileiros).

Nos hospedamos en el Marriott All Inclusive hotel in Cancun del 31 de mayo al 8 de junio y no podríamos haber estado más satisfechos con el personal del hotel. Desde el día de nuestra llegada hasta el momento de nuestra salida, todos fueron amables, profesionales y siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar.

The pool area does not have an accessible restroom nearby. The only restroom requires guests to go downstairs, and guests coming from the beach area must first go upstairs and then downstairs to access it. This is inconvenient and difficult, especially for those with mobility challenges. The pool bar does not open until 10:30 a.m. Guests using the pool area earlier in the morning do not have access to drinking water. Providing coolers with bottled water around the pool area before the bar opens would be greatly appreciated.

I liked that it was spacious and great views

The staff at reception, one lift not working at all, poor quality food at the Mo’s, ice cream machine not working for 4 days in a row, drinking from worn down plastic glasses at the pool

Excelente estadía, sacando turno a cada restaurante siempre me atendieron a horario, toda la comida de excelente calidad. Un lujo, lo mejor para mi el resto champion buena cerveza tirada, y pude ver a River Plate jaja. Los meseros tanto en la playa como en la pileta super atentos.

Se podría sumar desodorante de ambiente a la habitación. Y algo creo que es mas de la gente que del hotel es el tema de las reposeras, la gente sale muy temprano a tirar objetos y te quedas sin nada si salis despues de las 08 hs., se debería poder hacer algo electrónico donde sea equitativa la reserva y no tan a la deriba de quien se levanta mas temprano a tirar una toalla hu objeto.
