Bed was comfortable, room was clean.

The staff sent our shuttle to the port 30 mins early and we had to wait 45 mins for the next one and it made us late for our boarding time. She said we should have know. To arrive 3 mins early. We arrived 20 mins early and she already sent the shuttle away. No one td us 30 mins early. There was a scheduled time and we were early for that, but the staff made this out to be our fault.

"overall, it was pleasant. However, the inside of some of the rooms are outdated it was dusty was in really clean enough"

The area

The furniture has cigarettes things has stains on the furniture on the sofa. The windows hadn’t been cleaned. Couldn’t really see the good view of the city.
