"Exceptional"

Beds were comfortable. The woman that checked us in was very nice.

No coffee pot, the lamp closest to the door did not have a light bulb and the fan on the air made too much noise.

Staff was incompetent at best. Smoke detector was beeping and they wanted to just disconnect it and make me stay in that room. After multiple complaints they gave me another room. Will never stay at that chain again

It was close to many eateries and the room was a good size. Ample parking. Older small microwave and small fridge did work.

Blanket had stains, towels had some shredding and the texture was like sandpaper. Inconvenient outlets for phone charging. Nightstand lamp didn't work and no personal coffee machine. Felt price was inflated due to event in town. Certainly wasn't a value for the money.
