A long way from Florence.

Rummet var väldigt litet. Man kunde nätt och jämt gå runt sängen, som upptog hela rummet.

Free air conditioned shuttle bus to and from the centre of Florence, availability of bikes and WhatsApp service by Reception who booked taxis and restaurants for us.

Location! On main very busy road one side and opposite extensive building works on the river which weren’t shown in the hotel gallery of images. Although staff were extremely helpful (Reception, bar and cleaning), we felt it odd that no one mentioned a major public holiday that led to 1000s of people on the river on Weds night watching fireworks and a frightening crush of crowds being pushed through major road works on the river front as we walked back to the hotel later in the evening. Better advice would have been welcomed. There were also no bike helmets to hire - whilst there are cycle paths, the majority are being replaced as part of a major city infrastructure upgrade so not easy to follow. In many cases, we were channelled on to main roads where drivers were erratic.

Gentilezza da parte di alcuni membri dello staff soprattutto in reception e al ristorante, pulizia eccellente in tutta la struttura, buona cucina, area esterna piscina ben servita, camera con vasca idro molto carina con tutto il necessario. Area spa confortevole anche se alle 22, orario della nostra prenotazione, non vi era nessuno a cui chiedere info sui servizi disponibili

7€ per un piccolo pacchetto di patatine dal frigobar, frigobar totalmente a pagamento, posteggio a pagamento all’interno del loro spazio privato a 29€ al giorno, no servizio in camera notturno, stanza fitness di circa 10 mq priva di spazio per muoversi. Tv senza app.

A beautiful hotel, with incredibly helpful, friendly & professional staff, that offers valet parking and a complimentary shuttle bus into the city (10-15 mins) for guests. The air-conditioned room was immaculate, spacious and comfortable and the hotel restaurant was great too.

I only wish we could have stayed longer, and hope to be back again someday soon. Thank you so much again!
