Spacious, bright, and clean room. Excellent location.

The furniture in the room was quite old and worn out. The air conditioner was not sufficient to cool the room adequately.

sehr zentral gelegen und sehr freundliches Personal. Die Terasse an sich war traumhaft über den Dächern von Florenz...

ein super ( und teures) Zimmer über den Dächern von Florenz aber leider eine Rooftop-Bar direkt darüber, die nie wie geplant um 23 Uhr schloss, so dass man mit den vielfältigsten Geräuschen bis weit nach Mitternacht klar kommen muss. Die Toilette der Gäste der Bar war auch noch direkt neben dem Zimmer (wie auch der Zugang zum Aufzug) so dass man den Aufpreis für Terasse nur zahlen sollte wenn man unabhängig von Krach und Geräuschen einschlafen kann.

Chambre au 5eme étage. La terrasse de la chambre offre une vue agréable . Personnel très aimable. Le ROOF TOP offre une vue a 360 degrés de la ville. Petit déjeuner correcte.

Mobilier très vieillot. Aucun rangement dans l’armoire, Salle de bain minuscule. Le ROOF TOP juste au dessus de la chambre(5eme étages) vous promet des nuits bruyantes jusqu'à environ 1 heure du matin car pas du tout insonorisées .

The AC was not working and the weather temperature was aroung 35°C. The stay was a nightmare. They gave us fan and promised to fix the AC the next day, but they didn't. They don't want to fix it. The only area that is well climatized is the lobby. The elevator is rudimentary. There is only one and very small. The lightning in the room is very poor.

The hotel has wonderful historic character and a great location, but a serious sewage backup created an unbearable smell during my stay. The staff were kind, but the issue made the room impossible to enjoy. I hope the hotel addresses this quickly, because the building itself has so much charm.

La ubicación es excelente, muy muy pocos pasos de la estación del Terminal de Trenes y de los sitios culturales a visitar, no tuvimos que comprar tiquetes de transportes publico.

Con mi familia estamos acostumbrados a utilizar el nevera, pero el hotel tiene las que hacen ruido pero no enfrían mucho.

Fuar alanına ,tramvay durağına,tren garına 10 dakika yürüme mesafesinde.Yakında yemek yerleri var.Temiz otel.

Tek eksikliği,gardop,masa gibi mobilyalar yıpranmış.Yenilense iyi olur.

Close to all monuments and the plaka ,accessible from train station,close to food stalls and restaurants,the roof top was a gem especially before going to bed and having a few alcoholic beverages.On main road and easy to get a cab .

The sewer smell,and not much room in the bathroom,maybe very old building and hard to renovate. The power flickered and the power point fried our mobile battery charger ,
