The Pan Pacific Hanoi truly impressed me during my business trip. The location is excellent, and the view over West Lake is absolutely beautiful. The breakfast selection and dinner were outstanding — both were a real culinary delight. The service was exceptional in every area: at the reception, in the restaurant, through room service, and in the spa area. The entire team was extremely attentive, friendly, and professional. In my opinion, this hotel is highly recommended for business travelers. A well-deserved 5-star rating!
