Location was great. Room was a bit disappointing. Noisy with traffic and pub across the road. Room was a bit worn/grubby. Service was great. Value was probably okay for location but having never been to Sydney before I'm not sure.

Location location! Love the big windows with great views. Very basic but had everything we needed for a weekend stay.

The blanket situation on the fold out and rollaway bed wasn’t great and we got a bit cold. Was initially just made up with sheets and there were only some thin polyester blankets in the cupboard. When we went to reception for this we were given one more of these blankets and a ?mattress protector.

The location is great. Staff were lovely. The room was good value. A little tied but well priced and very very clean. All you need for self catering. We were there over Vivid so it was very busy and noisy outside - be prepared for that this is normal glass on a busy corner, urban white noise! Location for Vivid events was perfect. 5 min walk to a light rail station made that the easiest way to get around to circular key or the otherway off to central or QVB. The walkover to Darling Harbour right opposite is a huge plus.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hotel was spotless, beautifully presented, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and professional from the moment we arrived. The room was comfortable, quiet, and had everything we needed. Great location, amazing atmosphere, and excellent service throughout our stay. We’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable experience.

This is hands down one of the WORST hotels I’ve come across. The hotel staff is insensitive, rude and not to mention: sometimes distracted in the back room talking with each other even if guests/people are waiting. I had an issue with my key card not working to enter the building and they refused to help (I asked them to call their manager to escalate and they said they wouldn’t bc “he had left for the day”). Am I supposed to just sleep outside? They don’t care one bit. Insane amount of disrespect from multiple staff members I’ve engaged with for being in customer service/ hospitality and I would highly discourage you from staying here. Not to mention if you’re a light sleeper, it’s right at the corner of a very loud block where bars and people are walking / cards driving at all hours of the night.
