в нас на мене та троїх дітей був ivory suite, та бронювали ми його для проживання чотирьох осіб. не единий раз я жив у таких номерах втрьох чи вчотирьох. але це приміщення для цього не було пригідне, так як диван у гостинній не придназначався для спання та не було білизни. десь годину ми спілкувалися з персоналом телефоном на цю тему і нічого не вирішувплось. знадобилося спускатися на рецепцію та спілкуватися з адміністратором. але після цього все змінилося - дуже швидко зявилося додаткове ліжко, білизна й капці. за це я дуже вдячний. про готель - він великий, багато простіру усюди, достатньо новий та яскравий. аквазона пристойна, ресторани дають досить смачну їжу. з цікавого - дуже багато досить літніх людей, є відчуття що ти попав у приют для літніх, але це не є значною проблемою. я задоволений

Its was a great experience and jerry over at the points vip center replaced my points card when i lost it. the rooms and food were perfect and movies were all 5 stars plus i won 2,000 on the slots $$$$$$$$$$

The smell in the hotel (except for the cigarettes).

Let's start with the room: our room was dirty, with black hair in the shower and all over the bathroom, the carpet wasn't vacuumed, when I moved the puffs, I found trash, the table next to the puffs was dirty and sticky, the fridge was broken and empty. The mattress was, I think, broken or old; it was like lying on a blow-up mattress, the pillows were uncomfortable, and it was just really bad. The curtains didn't close all the way; the top part was ripped. Pool: We went to the pool around 11 am. They have only 12 available chairs for the whole Palms casino quests, which was ridiculous. The rest, if you want to sit down, you have to pay, or just sit on the floor... I wouldn't recommend staying at Palms.
