The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburon will be undergoing renovation from May 17, 2026 to September 27, 2026. During this renovation, all guestrooms will be updated along with the lobby. The front driveway/porte-cochere will be closed during this timeframe due to the large cranes that will be required for the renovation. he Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón Resort Fee includes: Daily Reservoir Water Park access with 2 Drift “Lazy River” Pool Floats for 2 guests. Daily Access to the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary for 2 guests. (Tickets are available with the Concierge.) I am writing to your team due to a situation that has come up and has honestly caught me by surprise. I made a reservation around October 21st to stay at the Ritz Carlton Tiburon for my wife's birthday. We had to unfortunately cancel on 10/22 due to some unforeseen death in the family. I was unaware of a seven day, no refund policy for this location at the time I made the reservation and came to notice when I was reconciling my credit card statement. Had I known or had been contacted, I could have gifted the stay to someone, rather than throw my money away.  I called the customer service team for a request to reconsider this occasion, hoping my loyalty to Marriott and Titanium Elite status would at least have some impact. I have now been told that my request has been denied and there will be no such refund.  To say that I am severely disappointed with Marriott is an understatement and it will affect my loyalty to a brand that is not loyal to its loyal customers!

"Extra touches"

Had a delightful stay at the Ritz-Carlton Tiburon Naples last week. As an AMEX platinum card holder & Marriott Bonvoy Gold Elite member, I truly appreciated the extra special touches of room upgrade to an executive suite, early check-in (12 pm) and late checkout (4 pm). I was also touched by the thoughtful details of a welcome glass of champagne & bottles of water, birthday balloon, chocolate-covered strawberries and gifts for my daughter (we were there on an early birthday celebration trip). The food and service were great, the staff polite & helpful, and the room well-appointed. My daughter especially enjoyed the pool/waterpark area. Thank you!

The staff was amazing, super friendly and going out of their way for our needs. The property was clean and well maintained. Overall a great experience. The only downside is that our reservation said resort view and we got a room in a low floor overviewing the valet parking.
