The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburon will be undergoing renovation from May 17, 2026 to September 27, 2026. During this renovation, all guestrooms will be updated along with the lobby. The front driveway/porte-cochere will be closed during this timeframe due to the large cranes that will be required for the renovation. he Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón Resort Fee includes: Daily Reservoir Water Park access with 2 Drift “Lazy River” Pool Floats for 2 guests. Daily Access to the Audubon Corkscrew Swamp Sanctuary for 2 guests. (Tickets are available with the Concierge.) Daily Driving Range access at Tiburón Golf Course for 2 guests Daily Resort Bicycle Rental – two standard bikes for two hours or two E-Bikes for one hour daily Daily Beach Chairs and one umbrella at The Ritz Carlton, Naples for 2 guests Daily Shuttle Service to The Ritz Carlton, Naples Daily Enhanced high-speed internet access Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. In the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay. The non-refundable pet sanitation fee is now $350/stay + $20/night. A second pet is +$45 with a maximum of 2 pets per room.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. We had a fantastic stay at the Ritz-Carlton. All of the staff were super nice and welcoming, which made our experience wonderful from start to finish. A special thank you to Miranda at the host stand, who was incredibly kind to our child and made them feel so comfortable and happy. That extra care meant so much to us as parents and turned our stay into something truly memorable

"Off Season Service"

I love this Ritz, but it felt understaffed. The service was that of a 3 star hotel. Room service forgot essential items and the food was cold by the time those items were brought to us. Ironically, the only good thing was the waterpark, which is not a typical Ritz amenity.

Everything on this hotel was great. All around. Staff went above and beyond. Amenities very nice. Cleanliness on the spot. I guess my only observation is that I wasn't able to control successfully the climate inside my hotel room. The thermostat didn't seem to be working properly so all the time it was a little colder than I wanted it. Other than that, everything was amazing. Thank you.
