"Not 4 star"

Location near to a train station was ideal. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable.

No fridge in the room, there was a space but it’s been removed. Very bizarre and ended up throwing away a lot of food we had bought. We assumed there would be a fridge as it’s meant to be a four star hotel. The aircon only worked intermittently so some nights it was too hot. It would have been nice for the staff to have given us more information about the facilities such as the sauna. Overall we were disappointed with our stay.

vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Kurzparkzone für Anreisende - da kann man erstmal halten und einchecken. Da Innenstadtlage sind Parkplätze quasi nicht existent. Personal sehr zuvorkommend, Tiefgarage vorhanden, Zimmer sind ok, Frühstück ist soweit ordentlich.

Kein Negativum, immerhin gibt es eine Garage, aber die Tiefgarage ist sehr eng - rein ja, raus nur mit viel Zirkelei. Wer mit dem SUV kommt...viel Spaß.
