Obsluha večer bare. V 5* hotelu v žádném případě neočekávám, že mi drink přinese po půl hodině co mám dopito anebo když si sednou ke stolu, kde jsou dopité nápoje po předchozích hostech, tak obsluha to jenom sesbírá a ani neutře stůl. Tohle je nutné okamžitě zlepšit, protože to radikálně snižuje úroveň jinak výborného hotelu.

It was in a decent location with good access to taxis. It was clean and the rooms were a good size.

The only thing I found annoying was the staff in the daytime cafe/bar. They were not interested in serving you unless you were a middle aged white guy. I had to keep getting up to ask for things. Shocking in such a decent hotel.

The room was nice and was well appointed with great products in the bathroom. The bed was large and there was an iron, a steamer, hair dryer etc.

The lighting and controls in the room were a nightmare - some lights only came on with others and some wouldn't even turn off. Also, my wife was ill and couldn't leave the room for the whole 2 nights and three days. No room cleaning so I ordered more coffee and sugar - which never arrived so I had to ask a supervisor - we got the coffee but no sugar. Finally, checkout was 12:00 but as my wife was ill I requested a late checkout. I was advised free until 2pm but as our flight wasn't until 8pm, she offered till 4pm, which I was charged €80 for - I thought that was a bit mean as she knew my wife was ill.
