"Nice hotel. Request type of room at check-in."

Room was clean and spacious.

We were given accessibility room and we were not told at check-in and staff was quite abrupt. We had a busy schedule so did not have time to discuss the room. Shower was small could just about turn, water leaking to the rest of the bathroom and nowhere to hang towels. On check-out we were told they could have changed the room if we told them but we were unsure why they would allocate the room if others were available in the first place.

"Molt bon hotel i personal, en una zona poc cèntrica però agradable i ben comunicada."

Molt bona atenció de tot el personal, bones instal·lacions, habitació àmplia, silenciosa i amb tot de detalls. L'esmorzar i el pica-pica també molt bé.

L'hotel és poc cèntric, tot i que hi ha serveis a prop i està molt ben comunicat. Ens hagués agradat alguna terrassa interior per esmorzar o prendre alguna cosa.

- Keine proaktive Benachrichtigung, dass ein Gegenstand im Zimmer vergessen wurde (wobei dieser nach telefonischer Rückfrage sofort und unkompliziert beiseitegelegt wurde, was wiederum positiv hervorzuheben ist) - Gym und Geräte könnten einer Modernisierung unterzogen werden
