Novotel Praha Wenceslas Square

Novotel Prague exceeded my expectations and left a truly wonderful impression. First of all, I would like to thank the Russian-speaking gentleman at the front desk who welcomed us so warmly and professionally. His friendliness, efficiency, and willingness to help immediately made us feel comfortable and well cared for. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was the spa area, and it fully met my expectations. It is comfortable, relaxing, and very well maintained. However, what impressed me even more was the overall Novotel concept. The focus on sustainability, comfort, family-friendly facilities, and thoughtful design creates an atmosphere that feels both modern and welcoming. The staff deserve special recognition. Everything is handled quietly, efficiently, and with great respect for guests' privacy and comfort. Their professionalism is noticeable precisely because it never feels intrusive. Among all the hotel chains I have experienced so far, Novotel has become my number one choice. In future trips, I will definitely look at Novotel properties first when choosing accommodation in other cities. If I were to mention a few minor areas for improvement, the rooms felt a little compact for a family stay, and there were no bathrobes in the room upon arrival. As someone who specifically booked the hotel to enjoy the spa facilities, this was slightly disappointing at first. Fortunately, the front desk team resolved the issue immediately, and it did not affect our stay in any way. I believe it would be beneficial to provide bathrobes by default, as many guests travel by air and prefer not to pack extra items. For me, being able to walk comfortably to the spa in a bathrobe is an important part of the experience. That said, neither of these small points had any impact on my overall impression. The comfort, atmosphere, service, and attention to guests far outweighed them. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would gladly recommend this hotel to other travelers.

výborná poloha hotela, skvelá strava (raňajky i obed), neskutočne kvalitné matrace, naozaj veľká spokojnosť s týmto hotelom

chýbala nám skriňa (mali sme "otvorený" vešiak), do kt. by sme si vyložili veci z kufra, ale inak naozaj maximálna spokojnosť

Der Pool war mir zu kalt aber der Whirlpool hat es ausgeglichen.

Gemütliches Zimmer mit guter Ausstattung. Getrenntes Badezimmer und WC. Auch der Fitnessraum war überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet.

Die Parkplatzsituation. Obwohl ich extra nochmal wegen des Parkplatzes das Hotel angeschrieben hatte und mir schriftlich mitgeteilt wurde, dass es kein Problem werden würde, war keine Lücke mehr frei. Wir haben dadurch über eine Stunde verloren auf der Straße einen Parkplatz zu finden.
