There was a lack of proper communication. I requested a late checkout 8 months in advance, and it was acknowledged at the time. However, on the day of my departure, I received a call asking when I would be leaving. It was frustrating to feel rushed despite having made prior arrangements. The communication between staff clearly needs improvement.

Room was a good size, clean and comfortable. Location was excellent and easy walking distance to trains, shops and darling harbour

The breakfast was not good value for money, they seemed to be short staffed and struggling to keep the food stocked up so by the time we got there after 8am, there was little left
