Facilities were great! Really enjoyed the spa.

I feel check-in was really difficult, it could have been dealt in a smoother way. Communication about needing passports/visa’s should be clearer. The process for check-in was just very long after a tiring journey.

Staff, the details, b'day decor and cakes arranged for kid's b'day among many more positives! Really Really Excellent!

The cleaniness of the children's playzone esepcially the infant and toddlers play room, everything was filty and dust all over ..perfect place for kids and adults to develop allergies.

Loved the welcome I received. All facilities were amazing.

Location and good ambience

The exchange with the travel desk was difficult. I want to mention staff who went beyond annoyance to tarnish our experience during our stay at Jaypee. Do yourself a favor and get a proper Travel Department with better staff. Aazim planning was very poor and it was very difficult to get what we wanted. First of all, he sent us a driver who was very kind and dedicated but struggled with English, which made it difficult some times. The driver really did his best, but I think given the extra cost of taxi through the hotel we can expect better. Then, Aazim kept changing our desired planning behind our back by giving instructions to the driver without notifying or asking us. He suggested to add Baby Taj during our visit day, which we accepted in addition of desired Taj Mahal and Fatehpur Sikri. We requested to do Baby Taj after Taj Mahal and before Fatehpur Sikri, both at the desk and by message, and yet, we were forced to do Baby Taj last in the day; and lost pre-booked tickets because it was too late, as we suspected. Then we asked to stop at a shop that was recommended to us instead of the Baby Taj, and once Aazim knew where we were going he redirected the driver to another place without telling us, which we considered very inappropriate. He kept calling to ask what we wanted to buy, that we just needed to see etc. Last, we needed a quick drive to enjoy dinner with friends at a nearby hotel, we said we would call for the ride back and instead he kept messaging and calling us to know how long we needed, middle of or dinner. He was the only point of contact for any travel we were able to get, which is unfortunate for such a large and nice hotel. We were very disappointed in this service. It is not only a lack of competency but sheer bad faith from this staff who was untrustworthy, forcing us to negotiate in a hotel complex that is supposed to be our safe space.

Good big property

Too crowded. Parties and functions happening all around. Loud music. Lot of mosquitoes. Cant open the balcony door to sit out and relax. Not a place for travellers
