The staff was very friendly and gave suggestions to explore the city. The location and cleanliness

Two out of four elevators were not working, so we had to wait a long time to get into the elevator. There was one occasion in which we preferred to take the stairs. The water of the shower got stuck, so a small flooding happened in the bathroom, which we managed to stop with the towels. The hotel needs to do a revision of their pipes.
