The staff were very rude, they lied, and they purposely made me wait 45 minutes to check in (and then charged me twice). Our group travel to Sydney often and we won’t be staying at this venue in future as a result.

The rooms have a terrible damp drain smell. Blasting an old noisy air con with lots of air spray is not able to cover this. The bathroom was grimy and had someone’s hair in all the corners. Manager declined to refund, that night or the next 3 nights. Do not recommend.

Lovely room. Comfy bed. Nice bathroom and shower etc. Great location.

I thought automatic check in which you had to do yourself was Awful. I can tell you know working in the industry myself, not being greeted by a friendly member of staff. It is Huge for the customers.Around top of the window internally. The wall was significantly away from where it should have been. Plaster board I guess. Huge gap. It was hid under the net curtains.

This hotel is located close to the train station if travelling to the airport. It was extremely quiet and the bed was comfortable. Clean and modern and I couldn’t fault a thing.
