Hilton Cairo Zamalek Residences

We enjoyed the buffet style breakfast provided with a wide variety of food, both that which you'd expect such as eggs, fruit, porridge but also other dishes such as Indian daal and an Egyptian fava bean dish called Foul. Out hosts were very accommodating and made us feel welcome, including Amanoub who wished to make sure we were happy with what we had to eat.

Prepare to be scammed. Most of the positive reviews are about the restaurant and restaurant staff. Otherwise the hotel is very dated and they will try to cheat you in to a different room. You have been warned.

The breakfast service at Abanoub Restaurant is excellent

The rooms are clean being cleaned by Iman and supervisor Abdurahaman Also other services in the rooms are being provided excellent services ! Big up team.

After I wrote a beautiful review for Hilton Zamalek in Cairo on google reviews for everyone to see, I had the experience of a lifetime. Leaving Hilton and Cairo, we went to Luxor. After Luxor, we were heading to a different hotel, as we had planned three months ago. But what shocked us was that the accommodation we booked and what we actually got near the Pyramids was something we never expected, especially having booked it through Booking.com. A scam is not something you don’t expect in Egypt, but when you watch videos, you never think it will actually happen to you. And it did. We got scammed. So the first thing we did in the morning was check out and come back to Hilton Residences Zamalek. The people who worked there, Farida, the Duty Manager, and Abd El Rahman, the receptionist, welcomed us like family! We got a beautiful bedroom, service that exceeded our expectations, and something I needed at that moment: empathy for the situation we had gone through. So once again, a big thanks to Nahla, Tarek, Farida, and Abd El Rahman! You reminded us that even in an ocean of disappointment, there are still genuinely good people who make all the difference. They have shown, through their outstanding customer service, what real hospitality looks like. The level of care, empathy, and attention they give to their guests is something that is sadly very rare to see these days. It is exactly this kind of service that makes people return again and again. Hilton, Thank you so much!! We had the best holiday ever! ♥️♥️♥️
