"Great location and staff but don’t book based on the pool"

The location was great and the staff were always friendly and professional. The room was very clean

The heated pool was too cold for the adults to brave. The kids were happy enough though

"Mercure Hotel Stay"

Great location perfect for when you're travelling and everything you need is right there. Housekeeping is so nice and does a great job and the hotel staff are just so polite and helpful.

I didn't like that the room service food was cold and kind of bland especially for the prices that are charged.
