Please note that payment must be made in CZK, based on the exchange rate valid on the day of payment. Upon arrival, the hotel will require a refundable deposit of EUR 50 to cover any incidental charges. The deposit can only be processed by credit or debit card. Children under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult in the spa area. One small dog weighing up to 15 kg and measuring no more than 40 cm at the withers is permitted per room. Pets are not allowed in any of our restaurants or in the wellness and fitness centre. Please note that pets will incur an additional charge of EUR 25 per night. All pets must be kept on a leash in public areas. Bahnstation gleich unten am Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal das uns auch noch ein Zimmer höher gegeben hat (Upgrade).

Klimaanlage war nicht wirklich gut.

I really loved the overall look of this hotel: it’s beautiful and features a great design. My room was perfectly furnished, very comfortable, and offered a fantastic view of the city. The breakfast was absolutely excellent with plenty of options. Another big plus for me was that access to the wellness center was already included in the room price, which made the stay even more relaxing.

Unfortunately, my room wasn't ready at the official 3:00 PM check-in time, so I had to wait in the lobby. While I understand delays can happen, the staff's approach to the situation could have been a bit better. Offering a complimentary tea, coffee, or drink while I waited would have been a very simple gesture that would have greatly improved my initial impression.
