Hotel Clarks Shiraz

I stayed at Hotel Clarks Shiraz, Agra. Although it is a star-category hotel, my overall experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, there was no courteous reception from the hotel staff. We had booked the hotel through a third-party platform, and it appeared that this might have influenced the attitude of the staff, as they were not very polite or cooperative. The room doors were very tight and difficult to open, and the air-conditioning fittings seemed old. There was no proper hot water supply. Even after informing the front desk about the hot water issue, the response was unsatisfactory. The bathtub water also appeared contaminated, which was concerning. The only positive aspect of the stay was the food, which was tasty and enjoyable. Good ambience, Good interior decoration, I agree.

I stayed at this hotel for one night during my tour of India. I have to admit that I didn’t really get chance to spend that much time in the hotel. The lunch we had here on arrival was fine, although the following morning the breakfast was so busy that it was hard to find somewhere to sit and not easy to get near any of the food. The hotel was quite big, as were the bedrooms. The bedroom was fine. My only criticism is that now that tourists technically have a lot of technology to charge on their travels that there was a lack of sockets in the bedroom, and on one side of the bed there were no sockets at all! The staff here were lovely and friendly, though, and my overall stay here was fine. Thank you!

Very nice hotel, very nice and friendly personal, especially Arbaz. Food is good. We like this hotel. Everything was good.

Pleasant surprise and great base for exploring nearby. Lovely room, great service, sadly only had one night. Good breakfast (didn't have dinner here).

Location, pool, gardens and staff

Pool needs an upgrade and the cafe needs to be open in the morning so you can have coffee if you don’t take breakfast.

Excellent service provided by Ms.Sanjana and Ms.Divya at restaurant. Very good house keeping and excellent food. Keep it up.
