Their thoughtful attention to detail—highlighted by a bespoke dessert plate from the chef and an elegant, romantic turndown service—elevated the entire experience. ​The property is maintained to an impeccable standard of cleanliness, and the caliber of the breakfast is exceptionally impressive. I would return without hesitation. Furthermore, the hotel boasts a prime location, rendered all the more convenient by the connecting walkway to Rosebank Mall. As a final courtesy, the management graciously accommodated our request for a late checkout, concluding a flawless visit.
