The staff were really kind from reception to restaurant staff. The food was amazing I loved the access to the mall - so convenient The courtyard is beautiful

Aircon did not work (heater) despite us requesting for it to be checked , it still did not work, towel warmer didn’t work TV didn’t come on

The staff were exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort throughout the stay. Their professionalism and hospitality truly stood out. The hotel was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had a fresh, welcoming atmosphere. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it.

While I enjoyed my stay overall, I was disappointed by the pricing of the minibar items. For example, a small can of Red Bull was priced at R98, whereas the same item typically costs around R18 at a convenience store. It’s not necessarily about affordability, but rather about spending money consciously and feeling that the pricing is fair and reasonable for guests.

Everything plus easy access on 2nd floor to the mall

I booked a driver with car for 4 hours sightseeing . It was a bit pricey. But the driver was too driver and too guide! Big shoutout to him ! And the car was excellent (Mercedes). But not cheap.
