Hotel Sintra

I like to all services in hotel and even the staff in 10 days i stayed in hotel i feel comfortable and safe

The staff were friendly and helpful at all times

The smell of the room. We were unfortunately assigned smokers rooms even thought none of us smoked. We didn't book a smokers rooms. Smell was horrendous in one room made us quite dizzy. Staff was extremely helpful in helping us clear the smell but just be wary of the room smell.

Room is very big and the location is fantastic.

Dije 2 veces q no iba el aire caliente ya que solo salía aire congelado, al final al recerca dia me traen un calefactor. La habitacion la verdad me espera algo mejor, es un poco vieja. En cambio la entrada se ve que le han puesto mas empeño en parecer mejor
