Location

Staff unfriendly, seemed bothered by my presence when dropping off bags and again when checking in The room was much older than pictured. Clearly lots of work done over the years, and not finished very well.

"We enjoyed sight seeing in Sydney."

The breakfast was very good lots of choice.The location of the hotel was ok but we asked for a room with a view and got a room with a view of the road and other properties so not what we asked for.

A bin in the room would of been good.The room overall wasn't brilliant needs redecorating.Also there was a problem when it came to paying with my credit card and you took the payment for the room 3 times and had to wait until thursday to have it sorted,there was no problem with my card when I used it anywhere else.
