In the event of no-show for nonrefundable bookings, the hotel will keep the room until 12:00 of the day after the arrival. After this your room will be canceled and you will lose the total amount of the original booked stay. Children under 18 must be accompanied by their parents or by a legal guardian. If accompanied by a third person this should show a signed consent form by the parents. Please note that only domestic pets weighing up to 25 kgs are allowed. Le personnel de l’accueil très sympathique.La chambre pour 4 était confortable , propre. La piscine et le spa compris un plus avec cette canicule. L’emplacement est top. La bagagerie un vrai plus.

Excellent Location and Wonderful Staff I had a very pleasant stay at UNA Hotels Galles Milano. The hotel’s location is excellent, with easy access to public transportation, shopping areas, and the city centre. The reception staff were exceptionally polite, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. They always tried their best to assist us and made us feel welcome. The breakfast was good, with a nice variety of options. Having a restaurant inside the hotel was also very convenient, especially after a long day when we did not want to go out looking for a place to eat. However, some of the rooms would benefit from renovation, particularly the air-conditioning and ventilation system, which feels outdated and needs improvement. Overall, it is a convenient and well-located hotel with excellent staff. With some room renovations, especially to the cooling system, the experience could be even better.

Instalações, comodidade, cama king size e duas camas individuais em sala contígua para as crianças, a proximidade do metro (literalmente estação de metro em frente) e da estação de comboio (10 minutos a pé). O acesso livre à piscina e spa.
