OREA Hotel Pyramida Praha

The hotel was very clean and room was very nice however nearly every morning in the very early hours we were woken by very very loud guests shouting and signing in the hallway for a very long time and the one and only time we went to the bar we were greeted by the rudest waitress who made us feel entirely un welcomed would t allow us to have our drinks out side even tho there was multiple guests outside enjoying the warm night, when brought to a table that someone was already sat at we asked to sit at the empty table beside that just had two empty drinks beside it and was treated like an inconvenience having our drinks menu slammed down on the table infront of us. On top of all that the breakfast was pretty disappointing most the food was undercooked and soggy and the stuff that was cooked did not taste good at all.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and everything met our expectations. The room was clean when we arrived, and housekeeping did a great job every day throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh and tasty options, so there was always something for everyone. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. We also appreciated being able to leave our luggage in the luggage room after check-out, which made our last day much more convenient. The bed was very comfortable, the room was quiet at night, and we had a great night's sleep every evening. Another nice touch was the hotel bar, where we received two welcome vouchers, which was a pleasant surprise. The hotel is not within easy walking distance of the city center, which might be a small downside for some guests. However, the tram stop is just 2 minutes away, making it very easy and convenient to reach the center. Overall, this was a great stay, and the positive aspects far outweighed this minor inconvenience. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
