Close to train station /Luas

No water in fridge for kettle, No extra courtesy items only a shower cap. Food was overpriced for what was given, table services were not good as had to keep going to the bar for top ups on coffee and alcohol etc, When ringing reception for room service it took a total of 10 minutes for the phone to be answered, No white sugar in sugar bowls at breakfast had to ask for them several times

Room was very clean, comfortable and well furnished. Breakfast was exceptional with very friendly staff. Paddy at the door was extremely helpful and showed us where to go for the Blooms shuttle bus.

I feel the evening menu could have had a few more choices for mains and desserts.

We stayed for a single night before and after a trip to Galway as the hotel is close to Heuston Station. We appreciated being upgraded to a suite on the first night. The hotel is clean and the staff are helpful. We were disappointed with our evening meals. I think a hotel of this standard should offer more than bistro type foods. We can get burgers and pizzas anywhere.
