Convenience

Rented 2 rooms, a queen and a suite. Same rooms, same amenities to accommodate 3 people, suite twice the cost of the queen. Management would not reimburse difference, even after steps in suite came apart, husband fell, had to go to hospital, ruined our Italy trip, and all they did was give us another room with a toilet that did not work. Requested a refund they denied emphatically. Request booking.com to review and consider reimbursing so we can pay services required for my husband there in Italy and back in the USA..

The location was amazing and our choice of canal view room is what being in Venice is all about. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast provided a great start to each day and the bar perfect for an evening aperol
