From the very first moment, we were welcomed by an incredibly professional and attentive team who made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our entire stay. Every member of the staff — from reception to housekeeping, from the restaurant to the bar — demonstrated a level of warmth and expertise that is truly rare. My husband and I immediately felt at home. There is a refined yet intimate atmosphere that makes the experience both elegant and deeply comfortable. The culinary experience was outstanding: the food is of remarkable quality, beautifully prepared and full of flavor. The cocktails, equally impressive, are crafted with great attention to detail and creativity. And then, the views… simply breathtaking. The terrace of our room and the restaurant both offer spectacular panoramas over the Gulf of Naples — the kind of views that leave you speechless and linger in your memory long after you leave. A truly unforgettable stay — we cannot wait to return.

My family has been staying here since 1997. With good reasons: amazing personal service that is increasingly scarce today. Being welcomed by name with a hug and shown to our room by the concierge, made us again realize the sense of pride and ownership that is part of the entire Grand Hotel Parkers experience. The rooms combine a sense of style and comfort with eye popping views of the Bay of Naples and Capri. Our lunch was simply exceptional and beyond expectation. Delicious. The entire team from concierge to those helping with our luggage provides service with a smile and sincerity. Another five star L visit!!!!

This is an excelent hotel, with a fantastic locatin, staff, rooms, views, restaurants. Looking forward to come back.

I stayed at the Grand Hotel Parker's in a suite with my two kids (9 and 11). The hotel room was lovely and felt fresh and clean. Breakfast is on a terrace overlooking the city and the water. Breakfast was included in our room rate and started with a tower (pastries, yogurt, mini pizza, mozzarella) that was brought to the table and then we were able to order a la carte. I loved it and and really appreciated the gluten free options. My kids would have preferred a buffet but were still able to find great options that made them happy. The concierge and front desk staff were very helpful and had great restaurant recommendations. We walked a lot in Naples but the hotel is up a hill and going most places involved steep staircases and windy roads which might not suit everyone.

We enjoyed an amazing few days in Naples at this very grand hotel. Such a beautiful building, with sumptuous interiors. Our room overlooked the sea and of course Mount Vesuvius which was stunning. Incredible staff, efficient, but friendly and approachable. Quality of food:- delicious!

Best hotel we stayed in for a long time. Fantastic service - thoughtful and friendly without being snobbish. Breakfast was included and cooked to order, great avocado toast and poached egg with salmon on toast. Each breadbasket comes with riccie and fiore sfogiatelle pastry and small bites of cakes. Room was thoughtfully designed with make up mirror, great lighting and menu for pillows. Dinner at the restaurant was fantastic, highly recommend the 2 person menu for 137 euros including a tapas style of Naples street food but elevated and small portions and two pastas. Cocktail and wine recommendations were also great. Got several complimentary delicious small items from the chef . On our last day, I left a couple of items in the room by accident- hotel packed them up and sent it to our luggage in storage. Seamless delightful service . Worth every Euro ! Also a historic hotel ! Enjoyed the movie posters in the saloon.

The hotel is housed in a beautiful building and offers stunning views from both the rooms and the restaurant. Breakfast was very good and well assorted, and the staff was consistently kind, attentive, and helpful in accommodating every request. There were, however, a few aspects that did not fully meet five-star expectations. The bathroom was not perfectly clean upon arrival, as there was hair left in the shower. When we arrived, no one was present at the entrance to assist with luggage, which was challenging as we were traveling with a baby, although the staff quickly stepped in and were very helpful once they realized guests had arrived. The restaurant, while set in an elegant environment, felt overpriced for the quality of the food served. The lasagna and vongole were average, and in a city like Naples where excellent cuisine is the norm similar dishes can easily be found elsewhere at a much better value.

Our stay at the Grand Hotel Parker's was the most amazing experience we have had in Italy, from the hotel location and views, the beautiful suite, the breakfast on the terrace, the drinks and meals we had at the Bidder Terrace, the interaction we had with all the staff, everyone was amazing and so welcoming.

Outstanding beautiful hotel. Historical, such beauty, top service, room was gorgeous. Staff were overly friendly. Roof Top restaurant view of the Naples was perfect along with the food. A must stay if you are looking for high quality in Naples, Italy
