Jimena the server at bar was incredible along with cleaning staff Teresa and Elizabeth.

The pool rules were not enforced but the manager Rebecca came to us one time assuming we were playing the music. Fast forward when Friday came and pool area became crowded and loud. People were smoking, that had beers while in pool, she didn’t treat them the same way. Lastly as pool got busy the filter was running extremely low, water was super hot and we chose to no longer use pool as it was gross and not kept fresh. So during week days things were ok, everything changed over weekend. Maintenance for pool needs to improve and fairness across the board is needed.

El ambiente muy ameno y relajado, con musica en vivo en la piscina la cual es pequena pero agradable, desayuno caliente y variado con huevo revuelto, jugos, cereales, panes, mantequilla, queso crema, wafles, cafe americano, entre otros surtidos, 5 o'Clock Somewhere Bar & Grill tine una amplia variedad de bebidas, comida ligera americana, la habitacion muy comoda, con cocina equipada con todo lo necesario, me agrado mucho este hotel sin dudar volveria
