Hilton Naples

When we arrived we were greeted by the the valet and concierge who promptly took care of our luggage and parking. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff and concierge was the best. The restaurant had a fantastic breakfast. The service and atmosphere made for a memorable stay.

The bed was very comfortable and the room had well-appointed amenities. The location was very convenient.

Always superior. Great service. This place never disappoints. The newly renovated elevators are the cherry on top. But great lobby. Courtesy bikes and van to and from the beaches. Shula's is legend in Naples. Pound for pound, this is the best hotel in Naples

Das Zimmer war groß, sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. (Kaffeemaschine, Kühlschrank, Safe) Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. In der näheren Umgebung gibt es Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, die man auch ohne Auto erreichen kann. Es fährt ein Bus, zwar nur jede Stunde, aber für 2$ total ok. Der kostenlose Shuttle vom Hotel zum Strand ist super. Der Strand selbst auch. Man bekommt Stühle und Wasserflaschen kostenfrei vom Hotel gestellt. Falls man einen Sonnenschirm benötigt, muss man den aber am Strand mieten. Die Mietzeit beträgt mindestens 4 Stunden und kostet 30€. Der Hotelpool ist ebenfalls super. Während unseres Aufenthalts war es am Pool nicht voll, sodass man immer eine Liege bekommen hat.

Leider gibt es nicht viele Sonnenschirme am Pool.

I like to recognize these people who gave me excellent service Michael O was very attentive and provided great customer service. He was very polite. Took care of what I needed right away. I would also like to recognize Tonya for her kindness when when I came to breakfast about 10 of 10 and assured me, I would be fine to have my breakfast there instead of taking it to my room. I was very thankful that I could eat in the dining area look at the sunshine and the palm trees .at the front desk I would like to acknowledge Cheyenne, who has been helpful every time I came to the desk for whatever needed and An she went out of her way every single time to make me a satisfied guest thank you for having these three employees working for you at the Naples Hilton I will definitely be back.!!!

Great stay. Clean, comfy room. Great ac and unlimited hot water in shower. Loved having Shulas for breakfast and after dinner cocktails. The free shuttle to the beach with chairs and towels included was an added plus. Will definitely return to this property. All staff was very helpful and made us feel ike family. A+ stay
