We’ve stayed here numerous and it’s been amazing! The location is great. This time the stay was not good at all.

Our room was dirty, we had little nay bugs flying around all night and we could hear a mice in our room. Room service for what we paid was disgusting and when we went to use our credit for dining (the reason we booked the room and rate we did) for our room service, we were told by the lady at reception upon check out that it couldn’t be used for room service. This was no where to be found on the booking. It did not say we couldn’t use it. She basically told us tough luck and we had to pay end of story. She was not very nice about it at all. We’d taken our kids for a mini staycation and for the amount we paid I could have stayed at the four seasons for the same price!

"Superb, always arrive and leave feeling special by the amazing friendly, accommodating staff."

Location amazing, close to everything, circular quay, the rocks, shops and restaurants. Room was very clean, fresh, fabulous mini bar and the BEST coffee latte from room service. The only issue we found the bed mattress slightly on the hard side (hard to please everyones choice of firmness though. Great aircon that you are able to control to your liking. Loved coming back from dinner at The Rocks and coming back to the hotel lobby bar for a few drinks while chilling listening to the talented musician. Stayed here several times and will keep coming back.

Only the very firm mattress bed but like we mentioned we understand it is hard to provide for everyones preference.

"Nice weekend getaway"
