Hotel Lorette - Astotel

Hotel Lorette is a cute and charming Parisian style hotel. It is an older building but has been renovated and while I was there, renovation was on going in the other floors but it did not bother me. I booked a family room for 4 people and the room I stayed in was recently renovated and is air conditioned. I absolutely loved that the family room had two separate rooms with each one having its own bathroom. One of the rooms face the front and had a nice view. Every morning I would open the window and enjoy the view. The neighborhood is quiet even though the restaurants are open late with people sitting outside. I sat outside one of these restaurants for late night drinks and loved the convenience back to the the hotel. At the hotel, all day, you can get coffee, tea, and juice in the lobby for free. For breakfast everyday, I went to a nearby bakery, I highly recommend Cyprien Boulangerie, to buy freshly baked delicious french baguette and other baked goods to bring back to the hotel to have it with coffee. That worked out well and I did not need to buy the hotel breakfast. The hotel also offer free snacks from 2pm-2am. I love coming back to the hotel after sightseeing and have the snacks and drinks. You can go to the other hotels in the group for the free snacks as well. Almost forgot to mention, everyday they fill your hotel room fridge with water, soda and juice, all included. The lobby was nice and cozy, also got to enjoy the patio. The location of the hotel is great and it is only one block away from the metro and it is in a nice, safe neighborhood. There are good restaurants close by. I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again for my next visit.

I liked the location, the neighborhood was very calm and very French. Installations were clean, breakfast was incredible and staff was very kind.

On our last day there were several remodelations, moving carpets around is something I'm allergic too so that was not very good

An excellent hotel, helpful friendly staff, great location, clean and handy to all the treasures of Paris. We were a family of 4 attending a wedding. Adjoining rooms made it handy to get together. Breakfast was always very good, staff attentive and full of good info on how to travel about Paris. They were very considerate. It was most appreciated. Ready to go back. DB Cadby
