The location is perfect - within walking distance of all the Broadway theatres but not in Times Square crowds.

Nice boutique feeling, familiar staff and great condition of the rooms. Love the free bike vouchers.

Nothing.

Perfect all around. The rooms were so comfortable, the bed was divine, the linens were so soft. The location was 10/10 - all your essential subway lines were no more than a 5-10 minute walk away. All the good shopping was in close proximity - SoHo and Union Square included. Lots of great places around to eat, too.

Había ruidos constantes como de la tubería o algo que al dormir se sentía incómodo. Ruidos de esos sonidos leves que se perciben solo al dormir . Cuando todo está en silencio

The room size and location were incredible.

The hotel is outdated and feels dusty and not as clean as I expected after reading the reviews. Our ahower had a large flock of someone's hair on the floor and the room smelled of old carpet.

Sinceramente solo nos gusto la ubicación y la amplitud de las habitaciones, ya que en NY es dificil encontrar un hotel con habitaciones amplias. Pero las calidades vs lo que pagas,... muy decepcionante.

El personal 0 amable y servicial. Pagas un dineral por una habitación y nada más llegar el señor que te coge las maletas te acosa para que le des propina, y si no le das te mira mal durante toda la estancia. En recepción son 0 serviciales, desorganizados, poco profesionales y amables. No sé si esto es algo de la cultura de allí pero nosotros viajabamos desde Dubai y notamos muchisimo la diferencia. No nos volveriamos a alojar en este apartamento.
