Very small overpriced room. Room regularly not serviced before 4pm eventhouth we were out from 7am.

"Het hotel zelf is prima, maar de directe omgeving is helaas een stuk minder prettig."

Het hotel was erg centraal gelegen en het personeel was supervriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Zodra je het hotel uitstapte, werd je direct geconfronteerd met de vele daklozen die voor het hotel en in de hele straat rondhingen. Dat gaf geen prettig gevoel. Hoewel dit op veel plekken in New York een bekend straatbeeld lijkt te zijn, viel het ons toch erg op.
