Great location, walking distance and very close to everything , lovely hotel very clean. Staff very fantastic.

Location was amazing breakfast was very good and the staff really tried to make it work and to answer my questions :)

The pool was sometimes crowded with people and it’s quite small so hard to relax I would have liked to get some proposals for activities like tuk tuk even though I knew Hanoi I was a bit lost in what to do when I arrived

We had booked a room that should have been 30 square feet, it was far from that. I feel dodged. The sheets were not changed and cleanliness was poor, they also skipped one day of cleaning

Our best hotel stay ever! A comfortable, clean & perfectly located hotel - with incredible views of the city. However its greatest strength is its staff who consistently went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay. The breakfast was lovely and a had a huge variety - with a chef on hand to cook further dishes! On the day of our check out, we were also very grateful that the hotel offered to store our bags & let us use an onsite shower before onward travel.

Location Very helpful staff, organising a take away breakfast without asking, as we had an early start. The premium room with balcony was very spacious and comfortable.

Really welcoming and friendly staff that go out of their way to assist you and help you feel comfortable. The hotel was clean and well maintained. The location was perfect - just a stone’s throw away from everything you need.

Der Service war erstklassig, wir haben tolle Empfehlungen und immer Unterstützung erhalten wenn wir die benötigt haben. Insbesondere Peter bin ich sehr dankbar, dass er uns den Cruise in Halong Bay organisiert hat.

Der Kühlschrank auf dem Zimmer hätte kälter sein dürfen. Wenn man empfindlich ist, könnte einem der Straßenlärm stören. In unserem Fall war das aber kein Problem.
