When Avalon books you into a hotel then you know it’s going to be good because they’re in the business and know exactly what they’re customers expect. So it was here with a lovely hotel, good room and excellent service. Not perfect I think some of the aspects could do with a little extra training but when our family had a problem with their room the response was immediate and genuine and you can’t ask for more than that. And if it’s “location location” you’re after then look no more it couldn’t be better.

I was assigned a room that was already occupied when I checked in. A bad experience for me and a breach of privacy and security for the guest in the room. I get concerned when a hotel gives random people access to a room that is occupied. The room I was finally given had shower in the bathtub. Uncomfortable and risky to climb into a bathtub to take a shower. M Club lounge is excellent. Hotel location is good for discovering Prague.
