Convenient location, clean and spacious room, walk in shower, top floor room provided.

The lights were controlled mainly by a pad device which was confusing to use.

The location was great. Walking distance to museums and parks. The room size was decent especially for central Tokyo and it had a nice japanese shower/bath. The gym was small but well equipped and convenient. The staff was very helpful.

We needed a late checkout but I didn't appreciate that we had to pay for it. It also wasn't convenient that we had to come by the front desk again to get the keys reactivated which ate into my extended time which I needed for packing. Made it more stressful than necessary.

• The location is excellent, in Roppongi and well connected to many of Tokyo’s main attractions. • The view from the restaurant is beautiful, with a direct view of Tokyo Tower. • The staff were very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay. • The furnishings were pleasant and comfortable overall. • I appreciated the practical facilities available to guests, including microwaves, vending machines, and complimentary disposable plates and cutlery, which made it easy to enjoy takeaway meals in the room.

• The hotel is quite expensive for what it offers, and the overall value for money could be improved. • The property caters to many tour groups, which can make common areas feel crowded and busy. • The cleanliness was not up to the standard expected for the price point. We found dust and hair in the room upon arrival. • Considering the room condition and facilities, the rates felt higher than justified.

Expensive. Not worth for money

The hotel is clean, modern, and located in a nice area close to the metro station. The staff provided excellent service, welcoming our baby with a thoughtful stuffed animal gift, recommending good local restaurants, and helping forward our luggage to our next hotel. There is also a great coffee shop right across the road.

Nothing really, the stay was good and satisfactory.
