Place is clean. Friendly staff.

Did not get comp. For 3 hour fire evacuation. Get Charged for every thing Parking. Internet, luxuary fee?, food in Restaurants and stores high.

They made two charges to my tdc of $100 each time! For a luxury hotel, the corridors to the rooms smelled horrible! And the attention when I did the check-in basically the host threw me a sheet the keys to the room and the charge

Location , close to Disney boardwalk and Epcot and Hollywood studios. Also the pool area is excellent

Prices in the grab n go fountains restaurant are a bit pricey compared to boardwalk
