Tv did not have YouTube or cable tv which may be helpful when you have children during your stay.

The staff were amazing and so pleasant and helpful. We had a club rooms which my wife and I loved.

We are still waiting for our security deposit to be returned after 9 days. (Security deposit was 1800 myr, the club room we booked was only 1520 myr for the night) We sent messages via booking.com and no replies at all. Sent 3 emails and finally got an email back today, saying it can take up to 14 days, they said they processed it and just to wait. Really that's not good enough, especially when the deposit is more than the price of the room.

Ета один из лучших отелей который я видела сервис топ дворецкий просто супер они запоминают ваши имя когда вы выходите и заходите в отель они вас встречают по имени это было очень приятно номера очень красивые большие чистые все есть у нас был люкс семейный

設備が古いのと、外の騒音は残念でした。 バスタブにお湯を溜めたら1泊目は茶色、2泊目は緑色、3泊目はお湯を溜めるのやめました。お風呂に入れなかったのは残念でした。 スイートで楽しみでしたが、そこまでのラグジュアリー館はありませんでした。
