I’m very happy with the property,the breakfast was very good

Whilst it was quite a way out of the city, the transport links were/are very good.

Meget basis, kunne have brugt bedre udstyr på værelset og grundigere rengøring ☺️

Habitación muy amplia comunicada, con un baño y un aseo. No había aire acondicionado y la habitación era muy ruidosa, se escuchaban sirenas continuamente. Desayuno muy completo.

Die Klimaanlagen haben bei 34 grad nicht funktioniert und man konnte 1 Fenster kippen. Das Personal nimmt sich dem Problem leider nicht an. Haben das Hotel nach der ersten Nacht verlassen und uns die restlichen zwei Tage erstatten lassen. Das Hotel schließt in einem Monat. Leider merkt man das dem Personal auch an.

I stayed with my boyfriend in this Hotel for four days, mainly just to have a place to sleep. We didn’t really spend a lot of time inside of the hotel. Overall, it’s not a bad place to stay but definitely not the worst as well. The room was clean, tidy, and seemed pretty good. The beds where comfortable, and it had free Wi-Fi. The staff where nice, which was one of the things I thought differently by reading other reviews. The breakfast was okay, it doesn’t have a lot of selection, so don’t expect to eat a lot of different things. Could be improved for sure. The last two days where a bit disappointing regarding staying at the hotel for some hours to rest. This was because they where making a lot of construction noise, and for me, that was a very bad thing. I believe if they want to do that, then close the hotel to do whole construction. It is not nice to try to sleep and rest on your holiday and hear construction. After that day, I believe they fixed something about the water pipes, because, a few hours later me and my boyfriend wanted to take a shower and the water was yellow, and smelled like iron. It was not pleasant at all. The mini store on the reception of the hotel is okay and a good idea but if you lower the prices maybe you’ll get more of it. Every item was to expensive. The coffee machine is okay too, but also, 1€ would be enough for it. Overall, I rate my stay a 6 out of 10. It needs to be much improved.

We were shocked at the rude front desk young man. The rooms were dirty, floors unclean, showers broken and no hot water.

Wir hatten ein familienzimmer gebucht, bekommen haben wir dann 2 Hotelzimmer mit Durchgangstür in denen das eine Bad so doll gestunken hat (modrig, schimmelig), dass man die Tür zu lassen musste, duschen oder aufs WC war da nicht möglich. In den Ecken bzw. genauer sollte man bei Punkto Sauberkeit auch nicht schauen. Für uns war’s ok. Die Bilder lassen andere anderes vermuten. Zudem ist der Preis für das Frühstücksbuffet von 19,90€ viel zu überteuert. Es gibt aufgebackene billig Brötchen (wahrscheinlich die von netto) und nur billig „Nutella“ und und und. Also für den Preis erwarte ich mehr. Außerdem waren wir im 14. Stock! Und selbst da war der Straßenlärm noch sehr laut zu hören. das Personal ist aber super nett und hilfsbereit.

The staff at the desk were extremely friendly and accommodating. I accidentally left my key in the room and sorted it out quickly. Since I was inspired to visit Berlin because of Deutschland '83, I loved the architecture of the hotel itself. The room itself was modern and clean. We loved the water pressure in the shower! A kettle and a fridge would have made it even better. The area is a short tram journey from central Berlin. The tram stop is a 2 min walk from the hotel itself. The area was a bit eerie because it was so quiet and not super well-lit at night. However, I did some Googling and the area is one of the safest in Berlin, apparently, so perhaps it was just paranoia. I do feel like the paths to the hotel could have been more well-lit. I also think that the doors to the blocks of the hotel that do not have a manned reception should be locked with key card access. These things would have made the hotel feel safer. The hotel was great value for money and I would definitely stay again :)

Ich war sehr zufrieden. Die Klimaanlage war kaputt, als wir ihnen mitteilten, das Zimmer zu wechseln
