K+K Hotel Fenix

The staff is very helpful and always on hand with 24/7 lobby. Our room was located facing inside the hotel so no street noise was noticeable during the nights and we did get some good sleep in there.

Some things are getting old there that might need replacing but that is the way in many hotels in Prague in my opinion.

The hotel location is fantastic. 3 minute walk to Wenceslas square and handy for all transport links. the room was spacious, very clean and the bed comfy. A fridge that worked and excellent air conditioning were so useful in the hot days we had. Breakfast was amazing, so much choice and always fresh and replenished. The most amazing part of this hotel is its team of brilliant staff who helped me out when I was unwell, my own fault and I would apologise again and again. The night team need special praise for being so patient and the manager Leona for being caring, charming and most of all understanding. If you stay, be prepared to be very well looked after. Thank you all.

Hotel nella media senza alti ne bassi, va benissimo per una notte viaggiando per lavoro o per turismo quando non si hanno particolari esigenza. Buona la colazione. Recptionist davvero gentile ed attenta al cliente. Brava Wella

L'affaccio sul cortile interno ti obbliga a mantenere gli scuri sempre tirati creanso così un'atmosfera davvero cupa. l'arredameno è un po' datato.

La ubicación es muy buena, muy central. Es un hotel lindo, agradable y limpio.
