Très bel établissement. Personnel très aimable et serviable. Nous avions demandé 3 chambres avec des grands lits. Ils nous ont donné des chambres avec petits lits...nous arrivions de Paris nous etions fatigués ça m'a agacé car j'avais bien spécifié grands lits....En moins de 30mn ils nous attribuaient de nouvelles chambres conformes à nos attentes. Super

D'avoir eu des chambres non conformes à nôtre arrivée mais ils ont très vite réagies.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Cairo. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything I needed. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and the atmosphere of the hotel made me feel very relaxed and safe throughout my stay. The location was also very convenient, making it easy to visit the main attractions and explore the city. I especially appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the team — they truly made my experience memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Cairo, and I would happily stay here again in the future.
