The hotel was easily accessible off the highway when passing through Florence. The beds were comfortable and the AC worked well!

We specifically booked this hotel for the ability to borrow a crib for our infant. I intentionally requested the crib weeks before our reservation. When we arrived, there was no indication of our request and I had to call reception multiple times asking for said crib. The eventually brought us a dirty pack and play that had seen better days. Even if we wanted to put our baby in the dusty contraption, there was no mattress so it was quite literally unusable. Our 2-month-old baby slept on the bed, an unsafe sleeping arrangement we had no other choice to use. We spoke with reception the following day about our disappointment and were told a manager would contact us about the situation, but unsurprisingly, no one got in touch. This place is overpriced for the service you receive. Also, the breakfast buffet was was mid and there was no cream cheese for the bagels.

The tub was very slippery upon arriving we mentioned it to the staff and were blew off by a staff member. Which later resulted in my father slipping in the tub hurting his back. But other than that the stay was pleasant.
